Ok, update on the sign situation out in good ole Dugway, Ut.

They changed the "Slow to 5 MPH when passing troops in formation" to "Slow to 5 MPH when passing walkers or joggers" Clever way to get around the whole '3 or more soldiers make "Troops"' thing, don'tcha think??
