I know two people who used to make potato chip sandwiches: Slap down a slice of white bread, layer on a handful of plain potato chips, add a squirt of Heinz ketchup, top off with other bread slice... Hmmmmmmmmmm. How can I top those PB&J stories. I know! A pancake story! My father was serving as a cook at a church pancake breakfast. He decided to turn the fund raiser into a fun raiser. He cut a circle out of a shoebox, poured pancake batter on the grill, topped it with the circle and covered that with more batter. Then he served it to a friend, sat back, and gleefully watched him try to cut it with a fork. How"it runs in the family"ard
