Last year about this time I posted an anti-potato bug method that worked. You simply go out into the garden and knock the little critters off the plants and on to the ground. The stupid bugs are too dumb to climb back up on the plant to continue chewing on the leaves. I don't know how they got up there in the first place. Any way, I'm using the same method again this year and it still works.
I have to go to the garden about every other day, but it beats spraying poison on stuff I plan to eat.
