My first wish would be, as weird as it may sound, to have the ability to enter into any Japanese anime television show/movie/comic book(Aka manga) that I wanted to, with the power to jump back and forth between stories and between reality, and whenever I left for the anime world, time in reality as we know it would stop, so when I came back, it would be as if I had never left.

My second wish would be to have the government stop taxing people except for certain things such as NECESSARY public services(IE: police salaries, maintanence for government-owned buildings, etc)

My third wish would be that I would be perfectly fluent in Japanese, and nobody would ask how or why, I just would be.
