Rice-a-Roni Spanish rice (you have to make it with a can of tomatoes in addition to water) *rules*. To make it a meal, I add some canned chicken, some corn (YES, corn), and top it with cheddar cheese and sour cream. It's also good with taco meat added instead of chicken, and also some pinto or black beans. Their red beans and rice is good, too. But if you're going for just plain Rice-a-Roni, it's got to be the beef flavor.
