I'm sorry to have worried you. I *will* seek help, even if I don't feel like I need it right now, and that's a promise. Another thing I've noticed is that my friends at school have lately been acting unusually supportive... perhaps I haven't been as unnoticed as I thought I was. Thanks again for your concern and prayers.
