*sigh* Brilliant idea, but would anybody notice? At my university graduation ceremony there were a lot of security guys at the venue dressed in suits and sunglasses and wearing those little earpieces. I was the only person who thought it was funny. :-(

Here's some more ideas:

Climb up and balance on something (eg street rubbish bin, parking meter)... not anything higher than you're willing to fall off ;-)

Get into a lift and stand facing the *back* wall. See what the other people in the lift do.

Find a shopping mall with really loud canned muzak. Stand in a group under the loudspeaker and sing along.

Go to a bus stop with a pile of old magazines and hand them out to people to read as they wait.
