My first post ever to the RinkForum was 1 year, 1 month, and 1 day ago. wow, it feels like i've been here forever. Well, I guess there are a few things I'd like to say in light of this...

You guys have helped me through one of the hardest years of my life in ways you can't even know. I know I'm one of the whiniest people around sometimes (besides maybe Darien, hehe) but you have no idea how helpful it's been to have some people who I could always count on to be here and to cheer me up. Things have been really tough this year... school, family, guys.... lots of weird stuff has been going on, but you guys have been here through all of it (whether you wanted to be or not). Some of the stuff that's been going you don't even know about... and that stuff's only going to get weirder in the next month.

But on a lighter note, I've had lots of fun here, too... engaged in serious and silly conversations, laughed numerous times... just had a great time. I consider many of you truly my friends and many of you are closer to me than some of my "real life" friends are, even though you're way farther away in age.

Anyway, I'm not sure where I'm going with this.... it's been an amazing year, and I love you guys, and I look forward to many many more amazing years.... thanks for everything in the past year, month, and day.
