My pet peeves:

- People who take simple right turns at .05 mph. These people must be taking their turns in first gear! Second gear is perfectly reasonable for right-angle turns, and some obtuse-angle turns can even be taken in third without risking any limbs.

- I have a few stratagies for folks who come up on me in the fast lane and practically plow my into the travel lane before I have a chance to get out of their way. If I can, I get next to a car in a slower lane and slow down to their speed. It drives the offensive bloke behind me mad!

- Another problem I have is lane abuse on the highway. The far-left lane should be for passing only in normal-to-somewhat-soupy traffic. What an improvement this simple travel-structure would make in so many highway situations! When I saw the signs along the NJ highway that said something to the effect of "passing lane left, travel lane right" I wanted to clap.
