I'm happy to say that Dave and I did settle on the "Pixel" name for our kitten. It was a little surprising that everyone seemed to like "Nutmeg" so much, though. (Someone we know, who shall remain Nameless, is now insisting we call her "Ginger" -- even after he'd declared that there were far too many food-related names for cats amongst our friends like Cocoa, Cinnamon, etc. At that time he'd opined a viewpoint remarkably similar to Sam's "Bunny Pie" observation, asking How can a Chocolate Butter-coated Cat rolled in Cinnamon possibly be cute? :-)
