Hey, we live at least two counties apart. I don't know how it works, if they leave it up the county guvment or what, but in my county we don't have to have our cars E-checked. I have heard that eventually all Ohio counties will have the requirement, but for now at least, I'm rather glad I dont' have to mess with it.
