I don't know how much luck you'll have finding any of these, but here are some suggestions. You might have to try a university bookstore or library, or a secondhand bookstore.

A Distant Mirror: The Calamitous 14th Century, Barbara W. Tuchman, 1978. This is a very readable look at Europe in general during this period.

The Medieval Village, G. G. Coulton, 1989. Again, a general European one.

Early Medieval Germany, Josef Fleckenstein, 1978.

Germany in the Early Middle Ages, Timothy Reuter, 1991.

Germany in the High Middle Ages, Horst Fuhrmann, 1986.

Medieval Germany and its Neighbours, Karl Leyser, 1982.

You might also try looking for books on the Holy Roman Empire rather than Germany itself. For any non-fiction subject that isn't currently fashionable, you probably will be more likely to find it in a library than a bookshop anyway. :-) Hope this helps.
