Hi all.

You know that little MS program called Direct Cable Connection? Well, IT WON'T WORK!

I need that program for my work.

I know that most of you know tons about computers, and I wondered if anyone could help me with this problem.

When I try to use DCC, I set my desktop as the guest and my laptop as the host.

When I start both programs, and click [Connect], they appear to connect. Verifies password and so forth. Well, then a dialog pops up that says "The host computer cannot be found" and I have a field to type the name of the host computer. Which I do. Then it just says "Cannot find the host computer" and sits there, appearing to be connected.

If anyone can help, please, please do.
