I have to do it, but all I have to do is run one
command, so the prices should still change on
the weekends unless I'm actually physically not
around.

Only main page hits are counted. In the case of
At-A-Glance and BAM, I increase the hits by a
small constant factor to account for the comparatively large number of people who visit
the site and never actually hit the main page. This doesn't happen (in general) on the other
sites. But it's still only main page hits that
determine price fluctuations.
