Assuming that the AI is sophistiated enough to realize when it's playing out of its league, the problem becomes not how to bluff but how to have one's bluffs called. A computer that can bluff, and that can call a bluff or fall for it, would be entirely difficult. Even so - I've had several simple computer varieties of poker that I enjoyed playing, none of which was set up like those vegas poker slots that I can't stand.
