Check into discounts like good student, driver ed, non-drinker, etc. Or get married. Mine dropped a slightly when I did. It's okay to shop around for insurance, but stick with well-known, reliable companies. You can't win, but you may be able to cut your losses.

I also agree about insurance. They charge you a bunch of money in case you get into an accident, and then if you do get into an accident, they just charge you even more money. So what are you being insured against? We need insurance from insurance companies.
