Chili is one of my favorite foods. It's easy to make (in fact, its the only thing I can really cook), it lasts a long time (it even seems to gain flavor after being frozen), not to mention its great taste. Does anyone have good chili recipe (or even an original ingredient, spice, story, comment, etc.)?
