I sometimes question the words "fast" and "food" as used in this context, but as a traveler, I eat a lot of the speedy stuff. Taco Bell is my favorite. I know it's just Mexican-style USA food, but I like it. I also like Arby's for the best roast beef and Wendy's for the best burger. BK's Whopper is a close second. Carl's Jr. had a Southwestern Burger a few years ago that was almost reason enough to go to California. I couldn't believe they dropped it. It came on an English muffin with a mesquite flavored sauce and other Tex-Mex stuff. Hardy's is good for Breakfast. McD's is a barf-o-rama as far as I'm concerned, but I have to admit that their toys are crunchy. Krystal is a good thing about once a year, when I get a sudden unexplained irrational craving. Why did they drop those donuts? Frizolies (Naw, that ain't the way to spell that.) is a great pig out and I like Subway and Blimpie.

Have you all gone mad? In-N-Out is _the_best_ fast food joint of all time, bar none. The fries are fresh sliced daily, the goop is tastey(and this is coming from someone who generally hates goop), and the burgers....Mmmmmmmm. /me begins to drool.

Of course, they only exist in California and Las Vegas(figures), and so everytime my family's in that area we eat at them almost non-stop.
M"if any Californians are reading this, I have this to say: I envy you. Deeply."el
