I think I posted this in the wrong place so I will post it here.
I am doing the Smale (Small) Family Tree for my Mother and have come upon a stumeling block.
My G.G.Grandfather Richard Smale (Small) came from the Stonehenge Area, he was born in 1808 but I have not been able to find out the date nor the place, or his parents names.
He married (we think in England) to Tamzin Prout (not sure of the correct spelling)and came to Canada with other siblings in Spring of 1835-1836; they apparentely sailed out of Wiltshire landing in Quebec,Canada and stayed at the Quebec Hotel then proceeded on into Ontario setteling at the Talbot Settelment near St.Thomas, Ontario.
Tamzin was born in 1803 and we understand was baptized at Parish Tintegal,Camelford,Cornwall, England.We do not have any further information for her.
If by some remote chance there is someone who could help me with this I would be forever greatful.
