The Onion is HILARIOUS. It also produced a book called "Our Dumb Century", featuring a spoof newspaper front page for each year of the 20th century, which was *the* funniest book I've read in years.
However, the young and impressionable should be warned that The Onion contains material that some people (well, actually a lot of people) would consider offensive. It'll never make the list of "clean family humour" sites.
