Yeah, if the concert starts in 17 minutes, assuming that the concert doors are right next to the bridge, I would say it would take at least 5 minutes to get from the concert hall door to their assigned seats, depending on the size of the concert hall. Also, it would take them at least another minute (about how long I took after looking at the problem) to solve the problem before any of them started to walk across the bridge. In addition, those walkin speeds are probably approximations on how long it takes each person to cross the bridge. I'd say that, in all, I would estimate 25 minutes for them to get from the one side of the bridge to their seats in the concert hall, and if this concert hall is like most of the ones I've been to, the doors will be locked about 2 minutes before they make it (lock as soon as the concert starts) and they won't get to see the show anyway.
