OK, I'm feeling *really* happy today. I had an interview for a job, which I'm not yet sure if I really want, but how's this for confidence-building? I applied for it six months ago originally, but never even made it to an interview because I accepted my current job instead. Turns out, the guy figured if he couldn't hire me, he just wouldn't hire ANYONE. He put off a company restructure a whole six months on the off-chance that I'd become available again after my current job finished. :-) :-) :-)

I *also* found what looks like an *awesome* job, very similar to what I'm doing now, which I'm currently finding out more about, along with the possibility of further work with my current employer. So, although I really still have no idea what I'll end up doing, the risk of spending months unemployed and looking for work is no longer a worry.
