On the contrary, my personality type would suggest that I prefer mild cheddar...when my preference is in fact quite the opposite. So probably your cheese choice has nothing to do with your personality. I mean, I would never suggest that if you like Swiss it means your psyche is full of holes.

I voted for Chedder, and I agree there is that further decision to make when buying it. My all-time favorite cheese is regular, smoked chedder. I've only had that once in my life on vacation, but that was the best cheese I have EVER tasted. The bad part is that I don't even remember the state where the cheese was purchased - I do remember that we purchased it directly from a dairy factory after taking a tour of the place. If we knew it would taste so good, we would probably have bought more. The sad thing is that, from that day about 4 years ago to this, I have not found any Smoked Chedder that tasted even remotly as good as that one, if I could find it at all. Maybe it just had to do with the fact that it was made the day we bought it and that the company claimed to make "The best cheese in North America" and charged roughly double the normal cost of cheese, but either way, I'd really like some more of that chedder if I could find it. Anyone here know where I could get it or what company I'm talking about?
