"Candle on the Water" is good, but it's sung by Helen Reddy. That hurts it a bit. :-P

How "about" water does it have to be? Does it simply have to reference water, or does it truly have to focus on the water? I would recommend "Look To the Children" by Sister Hazel if the forer is the case... I can't think of any songs truly "about" water that I'd really call "good," though.

Of course, there's always "Under the Sea." :-}
