A favourite of mine came from an old Johnny Carson routine. He was doing an Andy Rooney impersonation, and was in the middle of some big rant about something, when he just stopped, looked at the camera, and said "why is it you never pull up to the drive-through at Burger King and see Dwight Eisenhower?" After that, he got back to whatever it was he was talking about before. I cracked up. :-}
