Speaking of cheese, I recently had a pizza with cheddar cheese instead of Mozzarella cheese.

It was HORRIBLE (mind you, I think the fact that it had been sitting in a steam-heated tray for over an hour didn't help).

The cheese has to be mozzarella, and the pizza has to be fresh.

Maybe I'm just fussy after working in a Pizza shop.
