That "after death" thing has got to be one of the most common misunderstandings in general. If they were just to stop and give it some thought they could easily realize that it couldn't possibly be true for the most obvious of reasons:
a) what the heck would you call the years during which he lived?? the bonus years???
b) why would the term be in English?
