Ah yes! Cilantro! Salsa isn't salsa without cilantro. I like the uncooked kind, with fresh tomato, and chunks of raw onion with plenty of cilantro. A little hot pepper helps. I don't like that cooked stuff with too much hot stuff. It looks like catsup.
