After every trial in a person's life he/she has a choice. Will they be a survivor or a victim? Whichever one they decide is the one that molds their choices about life from that point on. Sounds to me like you're a survivor after all.

It takes a lot to be able to analyze ones own life as you did. I agree with Howard that it usually isn't healthy to have symptoms like the ones you mentioned at the front end of your post but attitude has a lot to do with ones healing. With a new attitude toward life you can start a healing that even doctors can't explain. I firmly believe this and from what I read so do you.
