I read the other day that Leonardo DiCaprio was considering the role. I didn't like the idea much, but after reading this thread, all I can say is ... hey, at least he's not Macaulay Culkin! I've stopped speculating on Star Wars casting, though. I used up my lifetime supply of overexcited anticipation on The Phantom Menace, so, never again. Personally, I think the entire cast should be computer generated and all the voices should be dubbed by the people who do South Park.
