Here's a part of an ad that's kinda humorous(unintentionally, of course). The "headline" and the first four paragraphs are below. The name is not contained herein.
"Here's how to stop smoking even if you never wanted to..."
"You don't need to decide to stop. Just follow this method. Within no more than 14 days, smoking won't mean a thing to you. Incredible, but true."
"For the first time, a natural method that lets you stop smoking even if you don't want to quit. Yes, you read it right: this method lets you stop smoking, even if you haven't yet decided to stop."
"This method means you don't even have to make the decision to quit. That's right: you don't even have to think about it. There is no decision to take. Just order the method on a free trial basis. Follow the instructions carefully. You won't even feel like you're on a non-smoking method. But within 9 to 14 days you will have finally quit smoking for good."
It seems to me that the only ones who will order the method are the ones who want to quit, or the ones who want someone else to quit. In either case, the one who's smoking still has to decide whether or not to follow the method.
