Well, I think that the best way to see a foreign film is when it's not translated at all. Both the methods of subtitling and dubbing are almost never say what they are supposed to (just see the link and scroll down to 'English subtitle in Hong Kong films'). At least in the original version, you can interpret what is going on strictly by the actions and the tone of the characters. When film companies come in and translate them, however, I find that it's much easier to get confused due to the many mistakes that the translators cause (and I have to wonder if anyone actually proof-reads the 'new' script). Therefore, I believe that 'leave the movie as it is' should be a choice.
