....Well, I'd say that 38*C is a wee bit too hot for me - just today I went out in -10*C weather and I was OK with that. Florida is in the mid-20's now I think, and I can handle that. As for the mini-buldozer, that's only for city of endmonton sidewalks - trust me, they really do need them. When I say 'mini' I mean about half-size so that it'll fit between the metal bars that prevent cars from going onto sidewlk areas. Private snowblowers are quite common for many people, however they can't run for hours at a time, nor would anyone want to push one all around town.
