Wow. You're the kind of person for whom researchers should push ahead with that technology that detects what your eyes are looking at and activates the appropriate area of the computer screen. I saw a program about that way back in the eighties, and assumed it would be a widespread feature of computers long before now. It appears to have become vaporware, like flying cars ala the "Jetsons", but it sure sounds like something you could use. I don't know how you'd double-click, though -- maybe just blink twice rapidly?

Of course, once we have sight-activated screens, certain people (ahem) will complain that Web surfing can't be thought-controlled with brain implants. :-)
