It's a site that you can use to track an airline flight. All you need is the name of the airline and the flight number. Say you are supposed to meet some one at the airport in Newark. Their flight leaves Chicago at 2:30 pm. About that time you go to thetrip.com and track the flight from takeoff to landing. It gives you the takeoff time, speed, altitude, distance from destination and location. Updates are at intervals as short as five seconds and ther is even a map with a little airplane on it. You can watch it crawl across the map! Just don't become so engrossed that you forget to go to the airport.
