If you're a Win9x user, just search for "AtomTime" out there on the net (e.g., on download.com)...that's a free program that will automatically set your computer's clock to coincide with the atomic clock server.

There are plenty of other such programs out there; another one I like is a command-line-based utility called "cmdtime", which I can't seem to find the URL for.
