Well, Darien, Issachar, Jade el.al., Thanks for letting me know that things haven't changed since my younger days. I've had a few rotten times myself, but I always ask, "Will this make any difference a year from now?" Once or twice I had to specify more than one year, but the answer is almost always, "No."

Let me tell you about my rotten week. I bought a new car. It's a nice car, the nicest one I ever had. Ok, so it's a Toyota. It's a nice Toyota. I drove it home and parked it on the carport. The next morning the forcast was for light snow. Now, do you think I'm going to get a new car out in all that salt with crazy people in SUV's sliding around all over the place? So there it sat, safe on the carport. If I went any where, I went in the truck. After a couple of days, the roads cleared and I looked forward to driving that nice new car. It was not to be. I had to go to Georgia for a few days and bring back some "stuff" and I had to go in the truck. Bottom line is that my new car sat for eight days before I got to drive it anywhere. How's that for a rotten week?
