Back when I worked for an investment bank, I was frequently blocked from an insane number of web sites -- going to one would bring up a message about how the site I was attempting to access contained sex material or criminal skills materials (all contained in a H1 tag). This was for such sites as wiretap.spies.com (a site that contained a listing of arcade video games), The Onion (which does have some naughty words), and Hotmail.
