That would sort of defeat the purpose. The whole idea of a moderating the forum is to cut down on noise traffic so that readers don't have to struggle to keep up or dig too hard to find what they're interested in reading. A more common means of moderating a forum is not even to let messages get posted at all until the moderator approves them. If I'm going to leave posts around until everybody gets to read them, I might as well not moderate at all.
