I always assumed it was us when I was younger, but that's just becaue of the Fly-By-Night Club, so I remembered it after I read it. I think.

I already made one comment about Hawaiian food. Will that stop me from saying more? Nooooooooo.
Hawaiian food is just American food with a chunk of pineapple. You order a hamburger and you get a chunk of pineapple on the side. With a fish sandwich, you get a chunk of pineapple on the side. You order a burrito (Yes, that's American food. Where do you think Mexico is? Europe?)and you get pineapple on the side. Order a steak, it's served with pineapple. A bananna split, more pineapple. Pumpkin pie with pineapple. Pineapple upside-down cake has pineapple on the side. Corn fritters are made with pineapple. Pina Colada ice cream is served on pineapple. Is there anything without pineapple? Fruit salad.
Don't mean-mouth Hawaiian food. With a sunset like that, anything is good.
