I loved those books too, and that thirtenth floor story was my favorite, I conected with it too. I belive Bebe Gunn's brother Ray lived on that floor (or maybe the other way around) (Why do you think I started reading comics, I tend to be shy and reclusive (my parents call me a mole some time) so they make a great escape. Kinda like Rink Works)
It was also one of the deeper stories, I still see purgatory as being something very much like that class room.
