Late-Night TV
[Jay Leno, Conan O'Brien, and their ilk]

Sunday night: I've been doing schoolwork all weekend. Ho hum. Not like I have a life outside of my music anyhow.

Monday: [me] I can't believe I've been doing homework for seven hours straight... this is so not funny, why is it even on... I don't wanna get up at 4:55 tomorrow....

Tuesday: [me] Well, it's gonna be another normal week of severe sleep deprivation. This show is so not funny.

Wednesday: [me] Sleep deprivation is fun! I think I'll fiddle until three. I can get almost an hour and a half of sleep. Heh. These guys are so mean to Clinton, but it's almost funny.

Thursday: [blissfully unconcious]

Friday: [me] If I stay up all night, maybe I can have the weekend off. [It's late enough it almost seems plausible, which it of course isn't] Heh. Fun-ny. [give in to whatever odd whim I feel at the moment, usually involving music or vigorous outdoor activity]
