(I've finally decided to "de-lurk" from the forum, after months and months of visiting this site... Hey, it's one of the few message boards I actually enjoy *reading*. So, a quick "hello" to everyone in the forum...)

Anyway...

One of my (online) friends and I recently thought up an "alternate" use for the Fantasy Name Generator. (Yes, we were *really* bored that night.) It's something resembling a party game, except it isn't, because we're not exactly the most social creatures...but, oh well.

Basically, the idea is, pick a name from the Name Gen screen, and come up with an idea for a character whom it might possibly belong to.

For example, here are some of the names I've seen generated recently-- along with my ideas for characters that might correspond to them:

"Quayler"-- Turns everyone he sees into a certain former US Vice President.
"Bluperon"-- Always flubbing up his most important actions.
"Xibito"-- The evil museum curator.
"Cetherther" and "Samsam"-- Two of Jar Jar Binks' (less annoying) cousins.
"Lytorest"-- An undertaker.
"Chedaru"-- A new Pokémon, which resembles a wheel of cheese.
"Tanrayshywora"-- A timid sun goddess.
"Periph"-- Can't see straight in front of himself, but he can surely see everything *else*...
"Essoiss"-- Either an anthropomorphic gasoline pump, or perhaps his only form of communication is a Morse Code distress signal.

Anyone else want to try their hand at it?
