Lipograms

What are lipograms? According to Gyles Brandreth, author of "The Joy Of Lex", they are "great works of literature from which we have chosen to omit certain letters of the alphabet. Following a couple of paragraphs, the author presents three versions of "Mary Had a Little Lamb"; the first is the original(maybe), the second is rewritten so that it means the same thing even without the letter "s", and the third is without the letter "a". Following that is a challenge to the readers to do the same, but omitting...
