It will start out being an Internet Service provider. Then we plan to get into Web Hosting and Web Design. My partner and I are working hard right now at getting all the little details and decisions made as to what we will offer exactly and all that. And the Official web site is still being constructed. I'm sorry I can't tell you the name yet, but as I told some chatters on RinkChat already, you all will be the first ones to know as soon as I can. I hope that's enough information to tide you over for a bit.

Congratulations! So if you're co-Ceo, V.P., Treasurer, Secretary, and Statutory Agent, famous, what's your friend's official titles (besides President)? Perhaps you'll let *him* receive all the glorious benefits associated with being Customer Technical Support? ;-)

Well, here's why I have so many titles. First, we decided that everything in the company would be 50-50. And we mean EVERYTHING. But as we persued the business we reallized that the state won't allow you to have two people in all positions. The first decision we had to make was to pick a statutory agent. Since the business is running out of my house, we thought it would be best if I go ahead and be that. Then at the lawyers office, we found that the state requires you to have a president, secretary, and treasurer. Well, we both would've liked to be president of course, but since we couldn't and I already had a position, I let him take it. And then he and I decided that I would be both secretary and treasurer to make up for it. (Because Presidency is a BIG deal). Anyway, the whole V.P. thing didn't come up until we were writing the Bylaws of the corporation, and we saw that it was going to be necessary to have a V.P. in case something happens to the Pres. So, I got that position too. Eventually these titles may change, but not right now. But, it really doesn't matter because we decided that we would just call ourselves co-CEO's and not use the other titles except for documentation.
