Okay. Before you download anything, I suggest you go read the tech support page at ATI,

http://support.atitech.com/infobase/3229.html

where they tell you how to check what version of MSVCRT.DLL you have, and make mention of the oft-repeated advice that "Application X, Y, or Z won't work under Windows unless you have MSVCRT.DLL version 6.0 (6.00.8337.0) or higher".

But if you can't get the installation updater program from MSN going on your system, you could try downloading the single dll file from:

http://www.mach5.com/techsupport/krem012.html
(http://www.mach5.com/download/msvcrt.zip)

which will at least give you version 6.00.8267.0

To install the single file, just unzip it into your \Windows\System directory (\System32 on Windows NT machines).
