A suggestion for improving the Message Forum

Some sort of maintainence procedure that shifts message threads off the main page when nobody's
added to them after a given amount of time.

The page is getting longer and longer, and most of it's threads that are now in a state resembling
the famous Norwegian Blue Parrot.
