Hi there! It's been roughly 20 years since I've popped in, covering the end of high school to the start of middle age for me. On Facebook & various online games, I keep in touch with a few folk from the 2000-2002 era of Rinkies. Tonight what pulled me here was a similar nostalgic feeling for the Internet That Was.

Honestly though, I've always contributed more to content mediocrity than content excellence, so I empathize with the madding crowd and what we have wrought. We all want to be where the in-crowd is, and we especially want to be noticed. They're such innocent desires, and they become purest poison in too high a dose.
