The Dialectizer!

The effect that this feature's scores have on the other features has made for some interesting gameplay. One day, the Dialectizer will surge up to around $200, and the next day it will plummet by $30. This has made it tricky to try to predict how the "little guys" are going to fare from day to day. For instance, today the Dialectizer is at a game-high of $206, and over the next two days it's bound to plunge back down to $175 or below. This will mitigate the losses in dollar value that some of the smaller features are likely to experience, so that their value might actually increase slightly despite a real-world decrease in traffic. When the Dialectizer takes a big plunge, everything else goes up correspondingly. It gets really interesting when the only stocks you can afford are $50 and below, since at that level the Dialectizer becomes like the moon affecting the tides. I can't afford the Dialectizer's stock, but I'm speculating on it just as much as on the stocks I actually do buy. Pretty neat!
