Assault on Vampire Island

Really stuck. Can't seem to find a way to beat Wolfman. Been to jail, beat alligator, mummy. I am just wandering around and could use a clue for the next step. Played with lighthouse as well.

Here is what I have:

Box of Matches

Crowbar
Rope
Small Silver Cross
Threatening Note
Bucket Filled With Water
Digital Watch
Small Metal Key

Thanks for any help that can be given.
